1. How much does a website cost? Each project is unique, even for businesses within the same industry. As such, our prices vary depending on what the project demands. An accurate quote can only be made once thorough research has been conducted and the proposal document is prepared.

2. What payments methods do you accept? We accept on-line payments via PayPal using almost any credit or debit card or your PayPal account. We are a PayPal verified.

3. Do you offer payment plans? Yes. We do offer payment plans on all of our projects with payments to be made as we achieve milestones and completion of your project.

4. Do we enter a contract for the work? Absolutely. Every project requires a contract so that each of our roles are clear and we know what we can expect from each other.

5. What additional services are available? We offer website design and development, handicap accessible ADA compliant websites, HIPAA and HITECH compliant websites, on-line business consultation, Internet marketing, social media management, search engine optimization, work station and server support and other general computer and programming services.

6. To what standards are your handicap accessible websites conform? We develop handicap accessible ADA compliant websites to WCAG 2.1 A, AA and AAA to comply with the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) and Federal 508 standards.

7. What is our refund policy? Payments for research fees and down payments for projects are non-refundable once work commences. All project work is commenced pursuant to a contract and the terms of the contract govern the refund policy, if any, to be applied.

9. Can you arrange for insurance on a particular job? Yes. We can provide an insurance certificate for a named insured depending on the project. This can include general liability, personal injury and errors and omissions insurance.
